宫颈扩张棒与卡前列甲酯栓对宫颈手术史绝经后妇女取环成功率及宫颈软化度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析宫颈扩张棒与卡前列甲酯栓在宫颈手术史绝经后妇女中的效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2022年4月于峄城区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心择期行取环术的有宫颈手术史的绝经后妇女68例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组予以宫颈扩张棒,观察组给予卡前列甲酯栓。对比两组一次性取环成功率、术后30min疼痛程度、宫颈软化度。结果:观察组一次性取环成功率[94.12%(32/34)]高于对照组[76.47%(26/34)],术后30min的视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分[(2.05±0.31)分]低于对照组[(2.67±0.45)分],宫颈软化度[94.12%(32/34)]优于对照组[76.47%(26/34)],有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:与宫颈扩张棒相比,卡前列甲酯栓在宫颈手术史绝经后妇女取环术中效果更为显著,可更有效地降低术后疼痛,提高宫颈软化度,获得优良的一次性取环成功率,安全可靠。Objective:To analyze the effect of cervical dilator and carboprost suppository in postmenopausal women with history of cervical surgery.Methods:A total of 68 postmenopausal women with a history of cervical surgery who underwent elective ring removal at the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center in Yicheng District from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given cervical dilation rod,and the observation group was given carboprost methyl suppository.The success rate of one-time ring removal,the degree of pain 30 minutes after operation,and the degree of cervical softening were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one-time ring removal in the observation group[94.12%(32/34)]as higher than that in the control group[76.47%(26/34)],VAS score 30 min after surgery[(2.05±0.31)points]was lower than the control group[(2.67±0.45)points],cervical softening degree[94.12%(32/34)]was better than the control group[76.47%(26/34)],with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with cervical dilation rod,carboprost suppository is more effective in ring removal for postmenopausal women with history of cervical surgery,which can more effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve cervical softening,and obtain excellent one-time ring removal.It has a high success rate,is safe and reliable,and can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
