Objective:To analyze the value of low-dose CT scanning in the treatment of urolithiasis. Methods:A total of 50 patients with urolithiasis admitted to our hospital in recent years(2020.1-2022.1)were divided into observation group(low dose,25 cases)and control group(conventional dose,25 cases). The disease detection rate, radiation dose and CT image quality of the two groups under different doses were compared. Results:There was no statistical significance in the detection rates of renal calculi, upper, middle and lower ureteral calculi between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The radiation dose between the observation group and the control group, including the dose of DLP and CTDlvol, was lower in the observation group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).CT image quality examination showed that there was no statistical significance in the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose CT scan in the diagnosis of urolithiasis can reduce the radiation dose and reduce the damage to human body under the condition of ensuring the diagnostic accuracy and image quality. It is of high value in the examination of urolithiasis and worthy of widespread clinical application.
