心电图联合早期预警评分对心内科危重症患者预后的评估效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨动态心电图联合早期预警评分在心血管内科危重症患者病情及预后评估中的运用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月期间山东省公共卫生临床中心心血管内科的90例危重症患者中,以患者入院编号的尾号先后的顺序进行平均分组,分为观察组和对照组。两组危重症患者均接受抢救措施,在此基础上对照组采取常规心电图检查和常规抢救护理干预来确保患者得到全面的医疗监测和及时的抢救支持。观察组采取动态心电图和早期预警评分的综合护理策略,以更全面地监测患者病情变化并实施及时的护理干预。对两组进行预检准确率、抢救成功率、护患纠纷率、心电图异常检出率以及早期预警评分、平均急诊时间、平均分诊时间和护理满意度等方面的观察和比较。结果 观察组在预检准确率、抢救成功率、护患纠纷率和心电图异常检出率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。在干预前,两组的早期预警评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的早期预警评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的平均急诊时间和平均分诊时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在心血管内科重症患者治疗管理中,结合动态心电图监测与早期预警评分系统的应用,优化了患者的预诊效率和急救效果。这种综合干预措施不仅提升了心电图异常的识别能力,增加了抢救成功的可能性,还提高了患者及其家属的护理满意度。Objective to explore the effect of dynamic electrocardiogram combined with early warning score in the assessment of condition and prognosis of critically ill patients in cardiovascular internal medicine.Methods During the period from January 2022 to December 2023,90 critically ill patients from the cardiovascular internal medicine department of Shandong Province Public Health Clinical Center were divided into the observation group and the control group patients were divided into average groups according to the order of the last number of the admission number.Critically ill patients in both groups received resuscitation measures,based on which routine electrocardiograms and routine resuscitation nursing interventions were adopted in the control group to ensure that patients received comprehensive medical monitoring and timely resuscitation support.In the observation group,a comprehensive nursing strategy of ambulatory electrocardiography and early warning scoring was adopted to more comprehensively monitor the patient's condition and implement timely nursing interventions.The control and observation groups were observed and compared in terms of pre-screening accuracy,resuscitation success rate,nurse-patient dispute rate,ECG abnormality detection rate,as well as early warning scores,average emergency time,average triage time and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group performed better than the control group in terms of pre-screening accuracy,resuscitation success rate,nurse-patient dispute rate and ECG abnormality detection rate(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the early warning scores of the two groups were compared,and the results showed that the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,after the intervention,the early warning score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average emergency time and average triage time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group
