血管内超声技术对冠心病介入治疗患者心功能及术后残余狭窄率的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究血管内超声技术(IVUS)对冠心病(CHD)介入治疗患者心功能及术后残余狭窄率的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月我院收治的96例CHD患者,按照单双数原则,两组轮流抽取,最终各48例。前者、后者分别在冠状动脉造影(CAG)、IVUS引导下经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)。对比两组手术成功率、心功能指标、术后相关指标、临床结局。结果 两组手术成功率、心功能指标、心肌梗死发生率、再次PCI发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组支架扩张时最大球囊压力、最大管腔直径、最小管腔直径均大于对照组,术后残余狭窄率、因心绞痛住院发生率、亚急性血管闭塞发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 血管内超声技术对冠心病介入治疗效果甚佳,有效改善患者心功能,降低术后残余狭窄率。Objective To investigate the effects of intravenous ultrasound(IVUS)on cardiac function and postoperative residual stenosis in patients treated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Taking 96 CHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022to December 2023,the two groups were selected according to the principle of single and double numbers,and finally 48 patients were selected.The former and the latter were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)under the guidance of coronary angiography(CAG)and IVUS respectively.The success rate of operation,cardiac function index,postoperative related index and clinical outcome were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between cardiac function index,myocardial infarction and PCI(P>0.05).The maximum balloon pressure,maximum lumen diameter and minimum lumen diameter during stent expansion in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the rate of postoperative residual stenosis,hospitalization for angina pectoris and subacute vascular occlusion were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intravascular ultrasound has a good effect on percutaneous coronary intervention,which can improve the heart function and reduce the rate of residual stenosis.
