摘　　要：目的 探讨米非司酮(MF)治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血(FUB)的疗效。方法 使用随机数字表法将2022年6月至2023年1月我院的80例FUB患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组以常规治疗,观察组以MF治疗。对比两组临床疗效、性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、不良反应。结果 观察组有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、孕酮(P)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MF治疗FUB的效果显著,能够改善性激素水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,安全性好。Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone(MF)on perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding(FUB).Methods A total of 80 patients with FUB in our hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)using random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with MF.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The follicle-forming hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and progesterone(P)after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness after treatment in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions MF has a significant effect in the treatment of FUB,can improve the level of sex hormones,reduce the thickness of endometrial,and has good safety.
