摘　　要：目的 探讨急诊病房患者床旁动脉血气检查及护理措施。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年9月我院收治的急诊病房患者150例,根据入院时间分组,对照组(2022年9月至2023年2月)与观察组(2023年3月至2023年9月)各75例。全部患者均接受床旁血气检查,对照组行常规护理,观察组行针对性护理,比较两组血气分析标本合格率以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 观察组血气分析标本合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 急诊病房患者床旁动脉血气检查过程中,为患者实施综合护理干预,可提升血气分析标本合格率及患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective Explore bedside arterial blood gas examination and nursing measures for patients in the emergency ward.Methods One hundred and fifty emergency ward patients admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(September 2022 to February 2023)and an observation group(March 2023 to September 2023)based on admission time,with 75 patients in each group.All patients underwent bedside blood gas examination,with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving targeted care.The qualified rate of blood gas analysis specimens and patient satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of blood gas analysis samples in the observation group was higher than that in the control groupa(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the observation group with nursing work was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the bedside arterial blood gas examination of patients in the emergency ward,implementing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients can improve the qualification rate of blood gas analysis specimens and patient satisfaction with nursing work.
