制霉菌素阴道胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨制霉菌素阴道胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊在治疗阴道炎的效果。方法将2023年1月至2023年10月在我院妇科治疗的92例阴道炎患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例,对照组单用制霉菌素阴道胶囊治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、症状评分及阴道指标、炎性因子、阴道微循环指标、阴道内环境指标。结果组间治疗有效率结果对比显示,观察组、对照组分别为97.83%、76.09%,提示观察组在整体疗效上更好(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项症状评分低于对照组,阴道弹性、黏膜、湿润度等阴道评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素13(IL-13)均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后各项阴道微循环指标相比,观察组均更优(P<0.05);观察组治疗后阴道分泌物中乳酸杆菌含量高于对照组,阴道菌群多样性分级、阴道pH值、阴道清洁度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论制霉菌素阴道胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊在治疗阴道炎中的效果显著,能有效抑制炎性反应,改善阴道微生态,恢复阴道微循环,提高阴道防病抗病能力。Objective To investigate the effect of nystatin vaginal capsule combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods From January 2023 to October 2023,92 patients with vaginitis treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nystatin vaginal capsule alone,based on this,the observation group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,vaginal indexes,inflammatory factors,vaginal microcirculation indexes and vaginal environment indexes were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 76.09%(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of vaginal elasticity,mucosa and wetness were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin2(IL-2),interleukin6(IL-6),interleukin8(IL-8)and interleukin13(IL-13)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of vaginal microcirculation were better in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lactobacillus content in vaginal secretions of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the diversity of vaginal flora,pH value and cleanliness of vagina were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nystatin vaginal capsule combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule has a remarkable effect in the treatment of vaginitis,which can effectively inhibit inflammation,improve vaginal microecology,restore vaginal microcirculation and improve vaginal disease prevention and disease resistance.
