T组合复苏器在新生儿产房复苏及院内转运中的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨T组合复苏器在新生儿产房复苏及院内转运中的影响,评估其对新生儿生命体征、氧合指标和临床转归的影响。方法 选择2022年2月至2023年2月期间因各种原因需进行产房复苏及院内转运新生儿100例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50,实行传统复苏器治疗)与试验组(n=50,实行T组合复苏器治疗)。收集并比较两组新生儿的生命体征资料、氧合指标以及临床转归情况。结果 与对照组相比,试验组在院内转运与产房复苏中表现出更好的效果,组间数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿的心率、呼吸频率和血压稳定性更好,血氧饱和度更高,心肺功能恢复更快,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的复苏成功率和生存率高于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T组合复苏器在新生儿院内转运与产房复苏中具有显著的优势,能够改善新生儿的生命体征、氧合指标和临床转归。因此,在新生儿急救领域中,T组合复苏器可以作为一种有效的工具使用。Objective To investigate the effects of T-combination resuscitator in neonatal delivery room resuscitation and hospital transport,and to evaluate the effects of T-combination resuscitator on neonatal vital signs,oxygenation index and clinical outcome.Methods A total of 100 neonates requiring delivery room resuscitation and in-hospital transport for various reasons from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group(n=50,treated with traditional resuscitator)and experimental group(n=50,treated with T-combination resuscitator)according to random number table method.The vital signs,oxygenation indexes and clinical outcomes of the two groups were collected and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a better effect in hospital transport and delivery room resuscitation,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stability of heart rate,respiratory rate and blood pressure of experimental group was better,the blood oxygen saturation was higher,and the recovery of cardiopulmonary function was faster,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The resuscitation success rate and survival rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The T-combination resuscitation device has significant advantages in neonatal hospital transportation and delivery room resuscitation,as it can improve patients'vital signs,oxygenation indicators,and clinical outcomes.Therefore,in the field of neonatal emergency treatment,the T-combination resuscitator can be used as an effective tool.
