碘-131放射性核素治疗结节性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究对结节性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进患者实施碘-131放射性核素治疗的作用。方法 本次研究中选取自2020年1月至2022年12月到汕头市中心医院就诊的86例结节性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进患者。以随机抽签法均分为碘-131组与常规组,两组均为43例。常规组行常规治疗方案。碘-131组采用碘-131放射性核素治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、甲状腺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 碘-131组治疗效果高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);碘-131组甲状腺功能中游离甲状腺素(FT4)及游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);碘-131组甲状腺功能中促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);碘-131组不良反应情况低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对结节性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进患者实施碘-131放射性核素治疗的效果较好,甲状腺功能改善明显,安全性较高。Objective To explore the role of iodine-131 radionuclide therapy in patients with nodular goiter with hyperthyroidism.Methods In this study,86 patients with nodular goiter associated with hyperthyroidism were admitted to Shantou Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.The random lottery method was divided into iodine-131 and conventional group,with 43 cases in both groups.The conventional group underwent the conventional treatment regimen.The iodine-131 group was treated with the iodine-131 radionuclide.The therapeutic effect,thyroid function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results More effective in the iodine-131 group than in the conventional group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Free thyroxine(FT4)in iodine-131 and free triiodothyronine(FT3)levels were lower than the conventional group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the iodine-131 group was higher than that in the conventional group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Adverse reactions in iodine-131 less than the conventional group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of iodine-131 radioactive nuclide therapy for patients with nodular goiter and hyperthyroidism has a good effect,significant improvement in thyroid function,and high safety.
