针灸联合推拿对神经根型颈椎病患者颈肩部疼痛和颈椎活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者采取针灸+推拿治疗的效果。方法 选择我院2022年1月至2022年12月收治的60例CSR患者,采用随机数字表法分单一组(针灸治疗)、试验组(针灸+推拿治疗)各30例,两组效果、生活质量、临床指标、颈椎活动度比较分析。结果 治疗前分析简明健康问卷简表(SF-36)、临床指标及颈椎活动度无差异,P>0.05;治疗后与单一组比较,试验组SF-36评分更高,P<0.05;与单一组比较,试验组血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)值、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值及视觉模拟评分(VAS)更低,P<0.05;与单一组比较,试验组SOD值更高,颈椎活动度幅度更大,P<0.05;与单一组比较,试验组症状消退时间更短,P<0.05;试验组总有效率(96.67%)高于单一组(80.00%),χ^(2)=4.043;P=0.044,P<0.05。结论 针灸+推拿治疗CSR患者可改善生活质量、颈椎活动度及颈椎功能,缓解颈肩部疼痛、增加颈部活动度,调节患者血清因子、减缓临床症状,达到预期疗效。Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion+massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)patients.Methods Sixty patients with CSR admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a single group(acupuncture and moxibustion treatment)and a experimental group(acupuncture and moxibustion+massage treatment)by“random number table method”,with 30 cases in each group.The effects,quality of life,clinical indicators,and cervical spine mobility of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no difference in the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),clinical indicators,and cervical range of motion before treatment analysis,with P>0.05;After treatment,the SF-36 score in the experimental group was higher than that in the single group,with P<0.05;Compared with the single group,the experimental group had lower serum lipid peroxide(LPO)values,superoxide dismutase(SOD)values,and visual analog scale(VAS)values(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the experimental group had higher SOD values and a greater range of cervical motion(P<0.05);Compared to the single group,the experimental group had a shorter time for symptom resolution,P<0.05;The total effective rate of the experimental group(96.67%)was higher than that of the single group(80.00%),withχ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044,P<0.05.Conclusions Acupuncture and moxibustion+massage can improve the quality of life,cervical mobility and cervical function of CSR patients,relieve neck and shoulder pain,increase neck mobility,regulate serum factors of patients,alleviate clinical symptoms,and achieve the expected effect.
