舒适护理在经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石患者围手术期中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 在复杂性肾结石患者中实施经皮肾取石术时,在围手术期利用舒适护理模式进行干预,并分析应用价值。方法 于2020年5月至2022年4月之间选取60例复杂性肾结石患者作为观察对象,以随机方式分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),在患者手术过程中,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施舒适护理。由此对比两组的心理状态、并发症发生率、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 两组复杂性肾结石患者围手术期接受不同的护理模式干预,对其身体情况和心理状态等进行全面的评估,由此将相关数据实施对比发现,观察组在护理后期心理状态改善幅度大于对照组,术后恢复情况好于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,且护理满意度和生活质量处于较高水平(P<0.05)。结论 对于复杂性肾结石手术患者而言,在其围手术期实施舒适护理,能够取得较好的护理效果,有助于改善患者的心理状态,提升疾病治疗的信心,促进遵医行为,同时减少术后并发症,利于疾病的恢复,有着较高的实施价值。Objective To intervene in the perioperative period of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with complex kidney stones using a comfortable nursing model,and analyze its application value.Methods Sixty patients with complex kidney stones were selected as observation subjects between April 2020 and May 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).During the surgical process,the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comfort nursing.Compare the psychological status,incidence of complications,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results Two groups of patients with complex kidney stones received different nursing interventions during the perioperative period,and their physical and psychological conditions were comprehensively evaluated.Based on the comparison of relevant data,it was found that the observation group had a greater improvement in psychological status than the control group in the later stage of nursing,better postoperative recovery,lower incidence of complications,and higher levels of nursing satisfaction and quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients undergoing complex kidney stone surgery,implementing comfortable care during the perioperative period can achieve good nursing effects,help improve the patient's psychological state,enhance confidence in disease treatment,promote compliance behavior,reduce postoperative complications,and facilitate disease recovery,which has high implementation value.
