摘 要:对黄铁矿-软锰矿两矿法酸性浸出工艺进行了研究,考察了硫酸浓度、配矿比、反应时间、液固比、反应温度等因素对浸出率的影响,确定了单矿物最适宜的浸出条件,并在此基础上开展了甘肃某地难处理金矿的浮选金精矿预氧化-氰化浸出试验研究。结果表明,当配矿质量比FeS_(2)∶MnO_(2)=1∶6,反应温度90℃,液固比6∶1,初始硫酸浓度100 g/L,预氧化时间为12 h时,锰的浸出率达到76.0%。此时,黄铁矿的氧化率达到88.2%,预氧化渣氰化处理后金浸出率达到85.4%。The paper focused on the acid leaching technology of pyrite and pyrolusite,leaching parameters like H_(2)SO_(4) concentration,mass ratio of pyrite and pyrolusite,reaction time,liquid to solid ratio,and reaction temperature were investigated,and the most suitable leaching condition was determined.On this basis,the experimental study on pre-oxidation-cyanide leaching of the flotation gold concentrate from a refractory gold mine in Gansu province was carried out.The results showed that under the parameters of mass ratio of pyrite and pyrolusite was 1∶6,H_(2)SO_(4) concentration was 100 g/L,liquid to solid ratio was 6,reaction temperature was 90℃,and the leaching time was 12 h,Mn extraction rate of 76.0%was achieved.Meanwhile,the oxidation rate of pyrite can reach 88.2%,and 85.4%gold leaching rate was obtained after cyanidation of pre-oxidized residue.
