摘  要:为解决定制产品制造过程中的资源组合优化问题,建立基于制造需求的制造资源组合优化模型,将制造资源的组合优化描述为多目标优化问题,提出了机械加工总时间、机械加工总成本、机械加工总能耗3个优化目标,建立数学模型并采用NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法进行求解。计算结果表明,多目标优化算法结果相较于传统的单个决策原则下的方案实现了时间、成本、能耗3者的最佳平衡,并且结合MOPSO算法结果进行对比分析,得出NSGA-Ⅱ算法在目标函数上的分布性和优化效果更好。In order to solve the problem of resource combination optimization in the manufacturing process of customized products,a manufacturing resource combination optimization model based on manufacturing demand was established,and the combinatorial optimization of manufacturing resources was described as a multi-objective optimization problem.Three optimization objectives of total machining time,total machining cost and total machining energy consumption were proposed,and the mathematical model was established and solved by NSGA-Ⅱgenetic algorithm.The calculation results show that the multi-objective optimization algorithm achieves the optimal balance of time,cost and energy consumption compared with the traditional scheme based on the single decision principle.Moreover,the results of MOPSO algorithm are compared and analyzed,and it is concluded that NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm has better distribution and optimization effect on the objective function.
