摘 要:基于分形理论和等效粗糙表面的假设,考虑摩擦状态下的临界接触载荷的变化,建立更为准确的圆锥微凸体结合面法向接触刚度分形模型,获得不同摩擦水平以及分形特征下的接触载荷和接触承载能力。仿真结果表明,当分形维数、分形粗糙度增加时,法向接触刚度分别随之增加与降低;当摩擦系数增大时,法向接触刚度随之降低,且受分形维数大小的影响;法向接触刚度与材料的塑性指数,因分形维数的取值不同,呈现出不同的影响效果;法向接触刚度与法向接触载荷成正比。通过对比分析理论计算与实验结果,验证了所建模型的准确和可靠性,有助于后续整机的理论分析与计算。Based on fractal theory and the assumption of equivalent rough surfaces,considering the changes in critical contact load under frictional conditions,a more accurate fractal model of the normal contact stiffness of the joint surface about conical asperity was established and the contact load and the contact carrying capacity under different frictional levels and fractal characteristics were acquired.The outcomes of analysis reveal that the stiffness of normal contact on interface add with the raise of dimension of fractal,diminishing with the raise of roughness of fractal.If the friction coefficient value increase,it will reduce,involving single dimension and index patterns with the variety of fractal dimension are demonstrated at the same time.The connection,between the contact stiffness of normal direction and the plastic index of materials,presents different results due to the different values of fractal dimension the normal contact adaptability to bend is proportional to the normal contact weight to be conveyed.Comparing and analyzing theoretical calculations with experimental results,the precision of the established model was verified,benefiting for subsequent analysis and calculation of theoretics for entire machine structure.
