摘  要:为解决当前箱体类零件形位公差语义仍然依赖人工理解,造成公差理解分歧,导致测量认证不一致的问题,引入本体技术,实现箱体类零件形位公差语义的智能推理。构建了箱体类零件形位公差语义层次表示模型,采用邻接矩阵表示层内信息或层次关系;将其转化成计算机可读可解释的元本体模型;根据几何规范应用的公差原则,推理出相应的形位公差语义(公差带或实效边界);以减速器箱体几何规范为例,展示形位公差带或实效边界自动生成过程,验证了该方法的有效性。In order to solve the problem that the form and position tolerance semantics of box parts still rely on manual understanding,which leads to the difference of tolerance understanding and the inconsistency of measurement certification,ontology technology is introduced to realize the intelligent reasoning of form and position tolerance semantics of box parts.The semantic hierarchical representation model of form and position tolerance of box parts was constructed,and the adjacency matrix was used to represent the information or hierarchical relationship within the layer.It is transformed into a computer readable and interpretable meta-ontology model.According to the tolerance principle applied in geometric norms,the corresponding form and position tolerance semantics(tolerance zone or effective boundary)are deduced;Taking the geometric specification of reducer casing as an example,the automatic generation process of form and position tolerance zone or actual boundary is shown,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
