摘  要:油田生产系统庞大复杂,生产组织情况多以工作量完成多少来进行评价。为了对生产运行优劣进行综合量化衡量,文章通过分析油田重点稳产上产举措,创新提出了生产运行到位率、符合率分析模型,实现对运行计划编排和执行落实的双维度考量,为生产组织过程中的运行分析、统筹优化、提产增效提供了充分的指导借鉴。The production system of oilfield is huge and complex,and the production organization is often evaluated by the amount of work completed.In order to comprehensively and quantitatively measure the advantages and disadvantages of production operation,this paper innovatively puts forward the analysis model of production operation arrival rate and conformity rate by analyzing the key measures of oilfield to stabilize and increase production,so as to realize the dual-dimensional consideration of operation plan arrangement and implementation,and provide sufficient guidance for the operation analysis,overall optimization,production and efficiency improvement in the process of production organization.
