摘  要:为研究氯甲烷储罐泄漏后果严重程度,采用定量风险分析(QRA)评价氯甲烷储罐的风险后果和事故后果,进而量化储罐的风险。文章以某企业氯甲烷储罐为例,确定四种泄漏场景,通过QRA分别模拟风险后果个人风险值和社会风险值,模拟三种事故后果。结果表明,风险后果中个人风险水平、社会风险水平可接受,但其外部防护距离不满足规定要求。由此可知本次模拟有效,对企业安全预防事故发生有指导意义。Quantitative risk analysis(QRA)was used to evaluate the risk consequences and accident consequences of chloromethane storage tank leakage,and then the risk of storage tank was quantified.This paper takes a chloromethane storage tank of an enterprise as an example to determine four leakage scenarios,and simulates three accident consequences by simulating individual risk value and social risk value respectively through QRA.The results show that the level of personal risk and social risk is acceptable,but the external protection distance does not meet the requirements.It can be seen that this simulation is effective and has guiding significance for enterprise safety prevention of accidents.
