摘　　要：随着渤海油田勘探向深层发展,探井测试作业中采用超高温射孔的频次逐渐增多。由于作业经验相对较少,采用超高温射孔测试联作工艺的渤海C井在作业过程中出现断爆事故。为了深入探究原因,建立了断爆原因分析决策树,从火工品质量、射孔器材、射孔枪装配质量控制以及射孔枪下入操作规范性四个方面进行了系统而详细的分析研究。最终,确定射孔枪弹架结构缺陷为主要原因,同时也不能排除射孔枪人员装配质量控制可能存在的次要因素。基于此,制定了一系列关于超高温射孔作业的质量控制措施,包括射孔枪装配、射孔枪送入操作规范以及作业管理等,对今后超高温射孔作业具有非常重要的指导意义。As the exploration of Bohai oilfield moves deeper,the frequency of using ultra-high temperature perforation in well testing operations has gradually increased.Due to relatively limited operational experience,Bohai Well C,which employed the ultra-high temperature perforation testing combined operation process,experienced a detonation accident during the operation.To delve into the reasons,a decision tree for detonation cause analysis was established,and a systematic and detailed analysis was conducted from four aspects:explosive quality,perforation equipment,assembly quality control of the perforation gun,and the standardization of the operation for lowering the perforation gun.Finally,it was determined that the structural defect of the perforation gun’s cartridge holder was the primary cause,while the possible secondary factor could not exclude the quality control of the assembly personnel for the perforation gun.Based on this,a series of quality control measures for ultra-high temperature perforation operations were developed,including perforation gun assembly,operation specifications for inserting the perforation gun,and operation management,which are of vital guiding significance for future ultra-high temperature perforation operations.
