摘  要:文章通过介绍新引进的4DI110型离心式空压机(以下简称“空压机”)试运行阶段开始以来的运行情况和气温变化对空压机出口流量造成的影响,分析空压机出口流量随气温变化而变化的规律,指出空压机防喘阀V3004阀不能自动调节出口压力,影响空分装置工况的稳定。为实现空压机出口压力的稳定,对其防喘阀V3004阀采取增设自动旁路阀V3008阀的技术改造,同时优化和完善相关逻辑控制并阐述了空压机经技术改造后的操作优化和取得的实际效果。This paper introduces the newly introduced 4DI110 centrifugal air compressor(hereinafter referred to as:This paper analyzes the influence of operating conditions and air temperature changes on the outlet flow rate of air compressor since the start of trial operation stage.It points out that the outlet flow rate of air compressor varies with air temperature.It is pointed out that the V3004 valve of the air compressor cannot automatically adjust the outlet pressure,which affects the stability of the working condition of the air separation unit.In order to keep the outlet pressure of the air compressor stable,the air compressor V3004 valve is modified with the addition of the automatic bypass valve and the V3008 valve.At the same time,the relevant logic control is optimized and perfected,and the operation optimization and practical results obtained after the technical modification are described.
