摘  要:文章对氨气压缩机水冷器泄漏及氨冷器轻微泄漏进行了研究分析与判断,提出了长周期维持系统运行的工艺措施及建议,并利用液氨过冷器及新加临时负压分离罐双重并举的措施,延长了低温甲醇洗系统与氨系统在水冷器或氨冷器轻微泄漏时系统正常运行的方法。结果表明,液氨过冷器排液与增加负压分离器分离氨水与杂质的工艺措施可行,能够满足氨冷器在轻微泄漏时的安全运行。In this paper,the leakage of water cooler and ammonia cooler of ammonia compressor are studied,analyzed and judged,and the technological measures and suggestions for maintaining the operation of the system in a long period are put forward.Moreover,the measures of liquid ammonia subcooler and temporary negative pressure separation tank are used to extend the normal operation of the system of low temperature methanol washing system and ammonia system when the water cooler or ammonia cooler leaks slightly are extended.The results show that it is feasible to separate ammonia water and impurities from liquid ammonia subcooler by draining liquid and adding negative pressure separator,which can meet the safety operation of ammonia cooler when slight leakage occurs.
