摘 要:中国太阳能光伏产品及半导体产品的应用范围越来越广,超高纯氨的需求量日益增加。由于中国超高纯氨的生产技术工艺与国际先进技术相比仍有差距,为此,相关技术人员针对超高纯氨的性能特点及技术难点,经过大量模拟计算和研究后,开发出一套由精馏塔和水洗塔双塔生产超高纯氨的工艺技术,可以得到氨中各类金属杂质含量在10×10^(-12)以下的超高纯氨产品。The application range of solar photovoltaic products and semiconductor products in China is becoming wider and wider,and the demand for ultra-high purity ammonia is increasing.Due to the gap between China’s ultra-high purity ammonia production technology and the international advanced technology,relevant technicians have developed a set of ultra-high purity ammonia production technology by distillation tower and washing tower after a lot of simulation calculation and research,aiming at the performance characteristics and technical difficulties of ultra-high purity ammonia.The ultra-high purity ammonia products with the content of various metal impurities in ammonia below 10×10^(-12) can be obtained.
