摘　　要：以朝鲜崖柏为研究对象,用1-2年生嫩枝进行扦插试验。结果表明,在IBA作用下生根效果显著增强,当IBA200 mg/L浸泡1 h时,生根效果最佳,生根率为71.24%,生根效果指数为0.71;朝鲜崖柏内源激素水平可以诱导生根源基萌发,生根效果一般,生根率为53.00%,生根效果指数为0.44。Thuja koraiensis Nakai was taken as the research object,the cutting test was conducted with 1to 2 year-old twigs.The rooting effect was significantly enhanced under the action of IBA.When IBA200 mg/L was soaked for 1h,the rooting rate was 71.24%,the rooting effect index was 0.71,and the rooting effect was the best;Thuja koraiensis Nakai with their own endogenous hormones can induce root germination.the rooting rate was 53%,the rooting effect index was 0.44,and the rooting effect was not significant.
