摘　　要：在PCB钻孔过程中普遍存在钻头缠丝的问题,本文以中、大直径钻头为研究对象,分析中、大直径钻头缠丝的产生原因及改善措施,对于PCB钻孔具有参考价值。The problem of twisted wire of drill bit generally exists in the PCB drilling process.This paper takes large drill bit as the research object to analyze the causes and improvement measures of twisted wire of drill bit,which is of reference value for PCB drilling.
