摘 要:采用激光熔覆技术在35CrMoV钢表面制备添加La_(2)O_(3)质量分数分别为0,0.7%,1.4%,2.0%的铁基合金熔覆层,研究了La_(2)O_(3)含量对其显微组织、物相组成、显微硬度、耐摩擦磨损性能和抗冲击磨料磨损性能的影响。结果表明:未添加La_(2)O_(3)的熔覆层主要物相为FeCr固溶体和少量Cr_(23)C_(6),添加La_(2)O_(3)后熔覆层中还出现了LaNi_(3),当La_(2)O_(3)质量分数为1.4%时熔覆层与基体界面平整,冶金结合良好,组织细小且均匀;随着La_(2)O_(3)质量分数增加,熔覆层显微硬度先增大后减小,耐摩擦磨损性能和抗冲击磨料磨损性能先提高后降低,当La_(2)O_(3)质量分数为1.4%,耐磨性能最好,此时熔覆层的摩擦磨损机制由未添加La_(2)O_(3)时的严重黏着磨损变为轻度犁削磨损,冲击磨料磨损表面的犁沟和凹凸不平消失,表面趋于平整。The iron-based alloy cladding layers with mass fractions of 0,0.7%,1.4%and 2.0%of La_(2)O_(3)were prepared on the surface of 35CrMoV steel by laser cladding.The effect of La_(2)O_(3)concent on the microstructure,phase composition,microhardness,friction and wear resistance and impact abrasive wear resistance of the cladding layer was studied.The results show that the cladding layer without La_(2)O_(3)was mainly composed of FeCr solid solution and Cr_(23)C_(6),and LaNi_(3)appeared in the cladding layer after adding La_(2)O_(3).When the mass fraction of La_(2)O_(3)was 1.4%,the interface between cladding layer and matrix was smooth,the metallurgical bond was good,and the microstructure was fine and uniform.With the increase of La_(2)O_(3)mass fraction,the microhardness,friction and wear resistance and impact abrasive wear resistance of the cladding layer first increased and then decreased.When the mass fraction of La_(2)O_(3)was 1.4%,the wear resistance was the best.At this time,compared to the cladding layer without La_(2)O_(3),the friction and wear mechanism of the cladding layer changed from severe adhesive wear to mild ploughing wear.And the furrows and irregularity on impact abrasive wear surface disappeared,and the surface tended to be flat.
