摘　　要：张振宇教授基于肌筋膜疼痛理论,从腰部椎旁肌稳定性与肌筋膜激痛点学说出发,选择竖脊肌、腰方肌及深层的多裂肌、腰骶连接下肢的臀大肌等核心肌群作为精准作用区。根据“形不足者温之以气”理论,取之太阳、夹脊与督脉,选取腰部阿是穴(活化的肌筋膜激痛点)及传统经穴肾俞、命门、大肠俞、关元俞、秩边、环跳、委中等作为精准作用点,提倡精点力学推拿手法,使用符合力学特性的手法,采用“四步温通法”,即按揉太阳,弹拨筋结,深按夹脊,摩擦腰骶,温通阳气,舒筋柔筋,消除筋结点,改善肌筋膜张力,缓解疼痛,改善功能。Based on the theory of myofascial pain,Professor Zhang Zhenyu chooses core muscle groups such as erector spinae,quadratus lumbosa muscle,deep multifidus muscle,and gluteus maximus connecting the lower limbs with lumbosacral connection as the precise action area.According to the theory of"insufficient shape is warmed with Qi",the acupoints of Taiyang,Jiaji and Du Meridian,and the waist Ashi acupoint(activated myofascial trigger point)and the traditional meridian acupoints such as Kidney Shu,Mingmen,Large Intestine Shu,Guan Yuan Shu,Zhibian,Huantiao,and Weizhong,are selected as the precise action points,and the fine point mechanical massage technique is advocated,and the technique that conforms to the mechanical characteristics is used.The"Four-step Warming and dredging method"is adopted,that is,kneaded Taiyang acupoint,plucking the tendon knot,deeply pressing the spine,rubbing the lumbosacral area,warming and dredging Yang Qi,relaxing and softening tendons,eliminating tendon knots,improving myofascial tension,relieving pain,and improving function.
