基于数据挖掘技术分析《圣济总录》治疗霍乱用药规律

摘　　要：目的:总结《圣济总录》中治疗霍乱的方剂,深入挖掘其用药规律,并分析治疗霍乱的核心药物组合,为临床防治霍乱提供思路。方法:筛选《圣济总录》中治疗霍乱的方剂,规范药物名称后在Excel表格中建立霍乱方剂的数据库,运用中医传承计算平台对数据进行分析。结果:经整理,共纳入《圣济总录》中治疗霍乱方剂194首,分析可知所用中药的四气以温、热、平为主;五味以辛、苦、甘为主;归经以脾胃为主;药物功效以补虚药、温里药、理气药为主;药物使用次数较高的有人参、甘草、陈皮、干姜、肉桂、生姜、厚朴等;最常用的药对有人参-甘草、甘草-干姜、人参-陈皮。结论:《圣济总录》中方剂治疗霍乱的功效主要为温中补虚、运脾利湿、理气降逆。Objective:To summarize the prescription for treatment of cholera in Sheng Ji Zong Lu,to find out the medication rule and to analyze the core drug combination for the treatment of cholera,to provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of cholera.Methods:After screening the cholera prescriptions in Sheng Ji Zong Lu and standardizing the names of the drugs,a cholera prescription database was established in Excel,and the data were analyzed on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform.Results:After sorting,a total of 194 cholera treatment prescriptions in Sheng Ji Zong Lu were included.It was suggested that the Four Qi of the drugs used were mainly Warm,Hot and Peaceful.The Five Tastes were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet.Spleen and Stomachchannels are the main functioning channels of the drugs;The efficacy of the drugs is mainly tonifying deficiency,warming inner-side of body and regulating Qi.Renshen(Ginseng Radix at Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma),Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens),Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),etc.were used more frequently.The most used medicine pairs are Renshen(Ginseng Radix at Rhizoma)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)-Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)as well as Renshen(Ginseng Radix at Rhizoma)-Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium).Conclusion:The efficacy of the prescriptions in treating cholera in Sheng Ji Zong Lu is mainly to warm the Middle Jiao and tonify deficiency,to tonify Spleen and remove Dampness,to regulate Qi and regulate the inversed Qi.
