摘 要:为综合分析烤烟根际土壤磷库特征及其对有机无机肥配施的响应,通过田间小区试验,分析比较了烤烟产量、产值、不同等级烤烟比例以及根际土壤磷库特征的差异。结果表明,有机无机肥配施显著提高了烤烟的产量、产值、上等烟比例以及不同形态的磷组分含量。与常规施肥(处理2)相比,化肥减量20%配施有机肥(处理3)、配施生物有机肥(处理4)以及化肥减量30%配施有机肥和生物有机肥(处理5)的产量、产值和上等烟比例平均显著增加了30.00%、59.57%和82.42%,活性磷、中活性磷、稳定性磷以及难溶性磷含量平均显著增加了48.36%、67.15%、16.51%和12.46%,其中活性磷对烤烟产量的形成贡献最大,占到了所有磷组分可解释量的68.23%,以树脂磷Resin-Pi为首要贡献因子,占到了活性磷组分可解释量的68.70%,其次为17.30%的活性磷NaHCO_(3)-Pi和14.10%的活性磷NaHCO_(3)-Po,特别是处理4,各磷组分含量最高,显著增加烤烟产量、产值和上等烟比例的同时,显著降低了中下等烟比例,体现出化肥减量配施生物有机肥的明显产量优势和减肥增效效应。In order to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of phosphorus pool in rhizosphere soil of flue-cured tobacco and its response to combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers,this paper analyzed the differences of flue-cured tobacco yield,output value,proportion of different grades of flue-cured tobacco and phosphorus pool characteristics through field experiments.The results showed that the organic combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers significantly increased the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco,the proportion of superior tobacco and the content of different forms of phosphorus components.Compared with the conventional fertilization(treatment 2),the yield,output value and the proportion of highgrade tobacco significantly increased by 30.00%,59.57%and 82.42%on average,respectively,with 20%reduction of chemical fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer(treatment 3),biological organic fertilizer(treatment 4)and 30%reduction of chemical fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer(treatment 5),while the contents of labile P,moderately labile P,sparingly and non-labile P significantly increased by 48.36%,67.15%,16.51%and 12.46%on average,respectively.The form of phosphorus components which most contributed to the tobacco yield was labile P,accounting for 68.23%of all phosphorus components,with Resin-Pi as the primary contribution factor,accounting for 68.70%of labile P components,followed by 17.30%of NaHCO_(3)-Pi and 14.10%of NaHCO_(3)-Po.What’s more,treatment 4 showed the highest content of each phosphorus component,which significantly increased the yield,output value and high grade leaves of flue-cured tobacco,while significantly reduced the middle and low grade leaves,reflecting the obvious yield advantage and weight loss and synergistic effect of chemical fertilizer reduction combined with bio-organic fertilizer.
