摘 要:针对油田自然环境恶劣、点多、面散、开发潜力低、用工紧张等现实问题,将油田生产工艺与远程监控、设备信息化相结合,通过工艺流程优化及改造、现场远程监控完善、通信网络隔离、人机界面开发等方式,达到联合站以下站点的无人值守目的。该方法实际应用效果显著,达到了提高生产管理效率、降低现场操作安全风险与劳动强度等目的。In response to the harsh natural environment,multiple points,scattered areas,low development potential,and tight labor demand in oil fields,the oilfield production process is combined with remote monitoring and equipment informatization.Through process optimization and transformation,on-site remote monitoring improvement,communication network isolation,and human-machine interface development,the unmanned operation of stations below the joint station is achieved.The practical application effect of this method is significant,achieving the goals of improving production management efficiency,reducing on-site operational safety risks,and reducing labor intensity.
