摘 要:针对选煤厂用带式输送机胶带接头硫化过程中参数影响特性复杂、加热板温度和电磁特性规律不明确等问题,在分析带式输送机接头硫化工艺原理的基础上,搭建了带式输送机接头电磁感应加热硫化数学模型,并利用COMSOL multiphysics软件对带式输送机接头硫化加热板温度参数进行了仿真研究。结果表明,电磁感应加热后输送带粘合强度提高了3.85%,而电磁加热板与线圈的距离越近,表面温度分布越不均匀,且采用线径较大的线圈可以得到更好的硫化效果,硫化后表面质量更高。In view of the problems of the complex influence characteristics of the affected parameters in the temperature and electromagnetic characteristics of the heating plate,on the basis of analyzing the vulcanization process principle of the belt conveyor joint,the mathematical model of belt conveyor joint is built,and simulation study of the temperature parameters of belt conveyor joint using COMSOL multiphysics software.The results showed that the bonding strength of the conveyor belt was increased by 3.85%after electromagnetic induction heating,the closer the electromagnetic heating plate is to the coil,the less uniform the surface temperature distribution is,and using the coil with a larger wire diameter can get a better sulfidation effect,higher surface quality after sulfation.
