摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿采煤机截齿疲劳寿命特征,针对应用较多的MG556型煤矿采煤机截齿部位进行研究。首先,根据设计图纸建立仿真分析模型并明确模型参数。其次,应用有限元分析方法,并基于静力学分析原理,分析截齿的应力、应变、疲劳损伤情况,以实现疲劳寿命预测分析。经验证,本次疲劳寿命预测分析结果与实际情况的契合度较高,表明本次研究具有一定的现实意义。To further explore the fatigue life characteristics of coal mining machine pick,research was conducted on the pick of MG556 coal mining machine,which is widely used.Firstly,establish a simulation analysis model based on the design drawings and clarify the model parameters.Secondly,the finite element analysis method is applied and based on the principles of static mechanics,the stress,strain,and fatigue damage of the pick are analyzed to achieve fatigue life prediction analysis.After verification,the results of this fatigue life prediction analysis are highly consistent with the actual situation,indicating that this study has certain practical significance.
