摘　　要：体外诊断试剂卡被广泛应用于医院检验,特别是在流感、甲流期间,各大医院对体外诊断试剂卡的需求明显增加。试剂卡的厂商主要依靠大量的人力组装产品,在短时间内生产大批量产品,操作人员的熟练程度和责任心直接关系试剂卡的质量。通过引进自动化设备,有效解决人力问题和产品质量问题,提高对应的产能。自动理料装袋机能准确地将试剂卡理平并计数,解决了人工理料慢且工作重复性高的问题。主要阐述了自动理料装袋机的设计方法及体外诊断试剂卡的装袋方法。通过设计自动装袋机,实现了理料、自扎带、取预装袋、检测是否漏卡、装干燥剂、开袋、热封、称重及踢除不良品等自动化工艺以及试剂卡的自动装袋。In vitro diagnostic reagent cards are widely used in hospital tests,especially during influenza and HiN1 flu,the demand for in vitro diagnostic reagent cards in major hospitals has increased significantly.Reagent card manufacturers mainly rely on a large number of manpower to assemble products and produce large quantities of products in a short time.The proficiency and responsibility of operators are directly related to the quality of reagent cards.Through the introduction of automation equipment,effectively solve the problems of manpower and product quality,and improve the corresponding production capacity.The automatic sorting and bagging function can accurately level and count the reagent cards,which solves the problems of slow manual sorting and high repeatability.This paper mainly expounds the design method of the automatic trimming and bagging machine and the bagging method of the in vitro diagnostic reagent card.Through the design of automatic bagging machine,the automatic process of sorting materials,self binding,taking pre installed bags,detecting whether there are missing cards,loading desiccants,opening bags,heat sealing,weighing and kicking out defective products is realized,and the automatic bagging of reagent cards is realized.
