摘 要:压缩机是气田开采、气体集输的核心设备,压缩机的故障诊断对基层生产具有重要影响。为进一步提高涪陵页岩气田压缩机的故障诊断效率,在梳理现场压缩机故障类型、分析故障成因的基础上,构建智能诊断系统,实现对压缩机动态压力、振动、温度等方面的主要故障诊断,并通过构建多元信息融合的复合诊断模型,完成对典型故障的自动预警。结果表明,研发的压缩机故障智能诊断系统可自动诊断涪陵页岩气田压缩机压力异常、壳体振动异常、温度过高等典型故障,实现了故障的智能诊断预警,具有应用推广价值。Compressor is the core equipment of gas field exploitation and gas gathering and transportation,and the fault diagnosis of compressor has an important influence on basic production.In order to further improve the fault diagnosis efficiency of compressors in Fuling shale gas field,based on sorting out the types of compressor faults on site and analyzing the causes of faults,this paper builds an intelligent diagnosis system to realize the main fault diagnosis of compressor dynamic pressure,vibration,temperature,etc.,and completes the automatic early warning of typical faults by constructing a composite diagnosis model with multiple information fusion.The practical application results show that the intelligent compressor fault diagnosis system developed in this paper can automatically diagnose the typical faults of abnormal compressor pressure,abnormal shell vibration and excessively high temperature in Fuling shale gas field,and realize intelligent fault diagnosis and early warning,which has application and promotion value.
