摘 要:针对跨区电网间交流输电通道因故障退出而导致的电网频率稳定问题,在分析直流功率提升快速调频原理基础上,提出一种结合常规直流输电技术(LCC-LCC)与混合直流输电技术(LCC-VSC)的频率协调控制策略。以系统频率稳定性提升量最大为目标,以联络线断面功率缺额为约束条件,计及直流送出近区电网交流断面潮流安全约束,建立优化模型求解得各直流最优功率提升策略。对规划中的某省网多分区直流互联算例进行仿真分析,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。In order to solve the problem of grid frequency stability caused by the fault exit of AC transmission channels between inter-re-gional power grids,based on the analysis of the principle of rapid frequency modulation of DC power increase,a frequency coordination control strategy that combined conventional DC transmission technology(LCC-LCC)and hybrid DC transmission technology(LCC-VSC)is proposed.With the goal of maximizing the improvement of system frequency stability,taking the power shortage of the tie line section as the constraint,and considering the safety constraints of the power flow of the AC section of the DC transmission near the power grid,an optimi-zation model is established to solve the optimal power improvement strategy of each DC.An example of multi-zone DC interconnection in a planned provincial network was simulated and analyzed,and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was verified.
