摘 要:以4个不同抗性的大麦品种作为材料,研究叶片感染麦根腐平脐蠕孢菌后,叶片组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性变化和丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)的含量变化。结果表明:MDA含量变化随接种时间的延长呈先升高后降低趋势,在2.0和40.0 d时分别出现峰值;而其他测定指标呈升高趋势,在40.0 d达到峰值。抗病品种SOD、POD、CAT、PAL、PPO活性和Pro含量均高于感病品种,而感病品种的MDA含量高于抗病品种。通过主成分分析发现,POD活性和Pro含量变化与接种时间均呈显著相关,其主成分累计贡献率为86.27%,能代表叶斑病菌侵染下各种大麦品种86%的生理信息,可用POD、Pro两个指标作为大麦抗叶斑病酶活变化的测定指标。Four barley varieties with different resistance were used as materials to study the infection of leaves with Bipolaris sorokiniana.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),L-phe-nylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)and polyphenol oxidase(PPO)and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline(Pro)in leaf tissues were changed.The results showed that MDA content increased first and then decreased with the extension of inoculation time,and peaked at 2.0 and 40.0 days,respectively.However,other measurements showed an increasing trend and reached a peak at 40.0 d.The activity of SOD,POD,CAT,PAL,PPO and Pro of resistant varieties were higher than those of susceptible varieties,while the MDA content of susceptible varieties was higher than that of resistant varieties.Through principal component analysis,it was found that POD activity and Pro content were significantly correlated with inoculation time,and the cumulative contribution rate of principal component was 86.27%,which could represent 86%physiological information of various barley varieties infected by Bipolaris sorokiniana.POD and Pro could be used as indicators to determine the change of enzyme activity of barley against spot blotch.
