施氮对不同饲用燕麦品种延缓衰老的差异分析

摘  要:为探讨不同饲用燕麦(Avena sativa)品种叶片的衰老特性对追施氮肥的响应,在科尔沁沙地种植10个主栽饲用燕麦品种,追施210 kg/hm^(2)(N_(210))氮肥(纯N),以不施氮肥为对照(N_(0)),测定叶绿素含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:追施氮肥使不同饲用燕麦品种的叶绿素含量增加、抗氧化酶活性增强、丙二醛含量降低,且不同饲用燕麦品种的增减幅度差异较大;隶属函数分析表明,追施氮肥,使不同饲用燕麦品种抗衰老能力增强的顺序为牧王>莫妮卡>骏马>牧马人>燕王>牧乐思>贝勒>枪手>梦龙>甜燕1号;秩的相关性表明,追施氮肥提高饲用燕麦抗衰老能力与SOD活性的增强和叶绿素含量的增加呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与POD活性增强呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与MDA含量的降低和CAT酶活性增强呈正相关,但不显著。综上可知,追施氮肥,通过增强SOD、POD酶活性,提高叶绿体色素含量,延缓饲用燕麦叶片衰老,且品种差异明显。In order to explore the response of leaf senescence characteristics of different forage oat(Avena sativa)varieties to topdressing nitrogen fertilizer,10 main forage oat varieties were planted in Horchin Sandy Land,topdressing with 210 kg/hm^(2)(N210)nitrogen fertilizer(N_(0)),and taking no nitrogen fertilizer as control(N0),the chlorophyll content,activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured.The results showed that topdressing nitrogen fertilizer increased chlorophyll content,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity and decreased malondialdehyde content of different forage oat varieties,the increase and decrease range of different forage oat varieties was quite different.Membership function analysis showed that the order of increasing anti-aging ability of different forage oat varieties by topdressing nitrogen fertilizer was Haymaker>Monica>Cayuse>Cayuse>Forage plus>Molasses>Baler>Qiangshou>Magnum>Sweetyan No.1;the correlation analysis showed that the increase of anti-aging ability of forage oats by topdressing nitrogen fertilizer was significantly positively correlated with the increase of SOD activity and chlorophyll content(P<0.01),significantly positively correlated with the increase of POD activity(P<0.05),and positively correlated with the decrease of MDA content and the increase of CAT enzyme activity,but not significantly.In conclusion,topdressing nitrogen fertilizer can increase the activities of SOD and POD enzymes,increase the content of chloroplast pigment and delay the senescence of forage oat leaves,and the variety difference is obvious.
