豆科锦鸡儿属植物共生根瘤菌耐盐碱特性研究

摘　　要：豆科锦鸡儿属植物长期生长在盐碱含量较高的沙地,根瘤菌能够与之建立共生体系并为其提供充足氮素营养。选取根瘤菌属和中慢生根瘤菌属2株代表菌株,探究根瘤菌在不同营养环境条件下耐盐碱特性。结果表明:代表菌株均能够在锦鸡儿属植物根部形成有效根瘤,宿主植物的叶绿素含量、株高、地上部分干质量显著增加;当培养环境中NaCl浓度低于1.00%或p H低于9.19时,根瘤菌生长繁殖虽然受到一定的抑制,但根瘤菌浓度相对较高;当培养环境中NaCl浓度高于1.25%或p H高于9.78时,菌株生长繁殖速率接近于0,表明根瘤菌在低盐碱环境中生长繁殖能力仍然较强,在盐碱浓度较高的环境中,根瘤菌生长繁殖能力受到极大限制。Caragana is a leguminous plant always grown in sandy land with high saline-alkali content.Rhizobia can establish a symbiotic system with Caragana and provide sufficient nitrogen nutrition.Two strains represented Rhizobium and Mesorhizobium genus were selected respectively to explore the saline-alkali tolerance characteristics of symbiontic rhizobia under various nutritional conditions.The results showed that both rhizobia could form effective nodules on the roots of Caragana,with significantly increased chlorophyll contents,plant-height,and aboveground dry weight.When NaCl concentration in the medium is below 1.00%or the pH value is below 9.19,the growth and reproduction of rhizobia were inhibited a little and a relatively higher concentration is detected.In contrast,when the NaCl concentration in the medium is higher than 1.25%or the pH value is higher than 9.78,the growth and reproduction rates of the rhizobia was close to 0.It was indicated that the growth and reproduction ability of rhizobia would be strong in lower saline-alkali environments but limited greatly in higher saline-alkali environ-ments.
