摘  要:山东省第一批符合GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》的二星级绿色建筑已竣工交付并投入使用1 a,以山东省首栋二星级绿色公共建筑青岛自贸会客厅为例,采用能耗模拟软件理论计算能耗与实际运行能耗数据对比的方法,验证了该项目实际比GB 50189-2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》参照建筑节能26.6%,符合二星级绿色建筑标准,该项目实际运行能耗数据可供业内节能从业者参考与借鉴。The first batch of two-star green buildings in Shandong Province in line with GB/T 50378-2019"Green Building Evaluation Standards"were completed and delivered and put into use for one year.Taking Qingdao FTZ Clubhouse,the first two-star green public building in Shandong Province of the new national standard,as an example,the method of comparing theoretically calculated energy consumption of energy consumption simulation software and actual operation energy consumption data is adopted to verify that the case study project is actually 26.6%more energy efficient than the reference building of GB 50189-2015"Public Building Energy Efficiency Design Standards".Using the method of comparing the theoretical energy consumption calculated by the energy consumption simulation software and the actual operation energy consumption data,it is verified that the case project is actually 26.6%more energy-efficient than the reference building"Energy Conservation Design Standard for Public Buildings",and has reached the two-star green building standard,The actual operational energy consumption data of the project can be used as a reference for energy-saving practitioners in the industry.
