摘 要:地下室混凝土挡墙开裂在工程中较为常见,但其开裂机理尚未完全厘清。以某地下室混凝土挡墙开裂为案例,对其挡墙裂缝进行了外观检测并取样进行了碳化深度检测;复核实际工程表明挡墙厚度和混凝土强度符合设计要求,配筋指标基本符合设计要求;此外,对组成混凝土的原材料对开裂的影响进行了对比分析,表明比表面积越大的水泥,其混凝土早期开裂更严重;混凝土强度富裕系数高,不利于混凝土的抗裂。分析试验结果表明混凝土收缩是造成地下室混凝土挡墙开裂的主要原因,为挡墙开裂的机理研究提供借鉴与参考。Cracking in concrete basement retaining walls is a common occurrence in engineering,yet there is still a lack of comprehensive understanding of its mechanism.In light of that,a case study was conducted on the cracking of a concrete basement retaining wall to investigate the external crack appearance and collect samples for carbonation depth testing.The composite analysis of the actual project indicates that the thickness and concrete strength of the retaining wall meet the design requirements,and that the reinforcement index generally conforms to the design specifications.Furthermore,a comparative analysis of the impact of raw materials composition for the concrete on cracking was conducted.The results indicate that cement with a larger specific surface area leads to more severe early cracking to the concrete.Moreover,further analysis trial suggests that a high concrete strength surplus coefficient is unfavorable for crack resistance,and that concrete shrinkage is the primary cause of cracking in the concrete basement retaining walls,which provides a reference for the research on the mechanism of retaining wall cracking.
