摘 要:随着城镇化的不断发展,工程建设能耗问题带来的环境影响日益严重,而目前的绿色建筑工程管理还面临着诸多问题和不足。因此,在加强建筑工程全生命周期管理的过程中,结合精细化管理模式,贯彻落实绿色建筑理念,不断完善和提升绿色建筑工程管理水平是当务之急。梳理了国内外绿色建筑评价体系,并对比分析其异同点,结合我国绿色建筑评价体系在建筑工程管理中的应用实践,从决策、设计、施工、运营4个阶段,提出基于绿色建筑评价体系的建筑工程管理提升措施。旨在构建与绿色建筑评价相适应的建筑工程管理体系,进一步提升建筑工程管理水平。With the continuous development of urbanisation,the environmental impact brought about by the energy consumption problem of engineering construction has become increasingly serious,and the current green building engineering management is still facing many problems and deficiencies.Therefore,in the process of strengthening the management of the whole life cycle of the construction project,it is imperative to combine the refined management mode,implement the green building concept,and continuously improve and enhance the management level of green building project.Combining the green building evaluation system at home and abroad,comparing and analysing its similarities and differences,and combining the application practice of China's green building evaluation system in the management of construction projects,we put forward the measures to improve the management of construction projects based on the green building evaluation system from the four stages of decision-making,design,construction and operation.The aim is to build a construction engineering management system compatible with the green building evaluation and further improve the level of construction engineering management.
