摘 要:城市轨道交通系统(地铁、轻轨等)的直流杂散电流对城市周边钢质输送管道的影响愈发严重,它所引起的管道腐蚀问题在珠三角地区的油气管道频繁出现,已经成为威胁钢质油气管道安全运行的重大风险。本文介绍了珠三角地区某原油管道历年的外检测中阴保电位数据以及外部直流杂散电流干扰随城市发展的演化,以及采用馈电试验对杂散电流干扰进展治理的方法。本案例可以为城镇周边埋地钢质管道的杂散电流评价与防护工作提供借鉴。The DC stray current of urban rail transit system(subway,light rail,etc.)has more and more serious influence on steel transmission pipelines around cities.Pipeline corrosion caused by DC stray current occurs frequently in oil and gas pipelines in the Pearl River Delta region,which has become a major risk threatening the safe operation of steel oil and gas pipelines.This paper introduces the evolution of cathodic protection potential data and external DC stray current interference in external inspection of a crude oil pipeline in Pearl River Delta region with the development of the city,and the method of dealing with stray current interference through feed test.This case can provide reference for stray current evaluation and protection of buried steel pipelines around cities and towns.
