摘  要:海洋石油平台陆地建造过程中,经焊接加工的某批小径铜镍合金管(UNS C70600)在弯头管件侧发生严重开裂,为了研究铜镍管线焊后开裂的原因,本文通过材料、结构及断口特征分析,发现对于小径铜镍合金管弯头管件,通过控制焊接热输入量,避免过热焊接,可有效降低焊接裂纹的发生。During the construction process of offshore oil platforms on land,a batch of small-diameter copper-nickel alloy pipes(UNS C70600)that were welded and processed suffered severe cracking on the elbow pipe fitting side.In order to study the reasons for the cracking of copper-nickel pipelines after welding,this article uses materials,structures and fracture characteristics analysis,it was found that for small-diameter copper-nickel alloy pipe elbow fittings,by controlling the welding heat input and avoiding overheated welding,the occurrence of welding cracks can be effectively reduced.
