摘 要:随着科学技术的进步以及世界人口的增加,全球对资源的需求日益增加,尤其是石油资源最为突出。同时环境污染问题也引起世界的关注,这就需要得到高质量的石油产品从而减轻其对环境的污染。加氢裂化工艺的生产方案很灵活,可以根据不同的市场需求来生产产品,该工艺在石油行业拥有很高的研究价值。本文以加氢裂化装置分馏塔作为研究对象,开展机理建模与仿真分析工作,从而得出分馏塔在不同工况变化情形下的变量机理关系。With the progress of science and technology and the increase in world population,the global demand for resources is increasing,especially the most prominent oil resources.At the same time,environmental pollution has also attracted global attention,which requires high-quality petroleum products to reduce their pollution to the environment.The production plan of hydrocracking process is very flexible and can produce products according to different market demands.This process has high research value in the petroleum industry.This article takes the fractionation tower of a hydrocracking unit as the research object,conducts mechanism modeling and simulation analysis,and obtains the variable mechanism relationship of the fractionation tower under different operating conditions.
