摘　　要：针对某气田生产处理负荷较大、气井出砂,生产水乳化加剧的问题,提出设备创新升级,辅助药剂的综合处理方式,解决部分油水乳化物无法清除而进入干气外输海管的难题,实现生产污水处理稳定达标,为凝析气田生产水的乳化处理提供了新的方式。In response to the problem of high production and treatment load,sand production from gas wells,and intensified emulsification of production water in a certain gas field,a comprehensive treatment method of equipment innovation and upgrading,auxiliary chemicals,was proposed to solve the problem of some oil-water emulsions being unable to be removed and entering the dry gas export pipeline.This achieves stable and standard production wastewater treatment and provides a new way for emulsification treatment of production water in condensate gas fields.
