摘　　要：海上采油平台导管架涂装工程作为重要的防蚀工程之一,能否高标准、高质量的实施会对石油企业的经济效益和社会效益产生直接的影响。海上平台导管架涂装项目专业技术性较强、施工风险高、施工成本高,作为海洋石油外防腐的一项系统工程,影响其施工质量的因素很多,海洋石油涂装工程项目质量管理一直在探索的路上不断进步,然而目前我国海上采油平台并未形成一套标准的针对导管架涂装项目质量管理的完整性的评价方法,同时针对此类问题的研究也相对不多,因此对海上平台导管架涂装项目进行质量管理综合评价研究显得十分重要,如何对此类涂装项目进行科学合理的综合评价是本文的研究重点内容。As one of the important anticorrosive engineering of offshore oil platform jacket coating,whether the high standard and high quality can be implemented will have a direct impact on the economic and social benefits of oil enterprises.Offshore platform jacket coating project has strong professionalism,high construction risk and high construction cost.As a system project for offshore oil external corrosion protection,there are many factors affecting its construction quality.The quality management of offshore oil coating project has been constantly improving on the way of exploration.However,at present,China’s offshore oil production platforms have not formed a set of standard evaluation methods for the integrity of the quality management of jacket coating projects,and there are relatively few studies on such issues.Therefore,it is very important to conduct comprehensive evaluation research on the quality management of offshore platform jacket coating projects.How to make a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation of such painting projects is the focus of this paper.
