市域(郊)铁路停车场总图布置方案研究

摘  要:大城市都市圈的不断形成推动了市域(郊)铁路的蓬勃发展。市域(郊)铁路车辆基地作为全线投资的重要环节,应综合考虑其选址、总平面布置、工艺流程、资源共享、上盖开发等情况,在保证工艺及运营不受影响的同时,做到尽量节省投资、提高社会效益。以某市域铁路停车场工程为依托,对比分析了地面不改河、地面改河、高架以及叠层方案的各项指标:地面改河方案的用地面积和车辆占地指标最大,约为高架、叠层方案的1.19倍、1.26倍;高架方案的土石方量和拆迁面积最小;地面不改河方案不需改河及盖板费用,其投资费用最省;叠层方案的工艺及运营条件最差,其余方案均较好。综合考虑上述情况,该工程推荐采用地面不改河方案。类似项目应结合具体条件进行选择。The continuous formation of metropolis circles has promoted the booming development of municipal(suburban)railway.As an important part of the whole line investment,the municipal(suburban)vehicle base should be considered comprehensively in terms of site selection,general layout,process flow,resource sharing,roof development,etc.,so as to minimize project investment and improve social benefits while ensuring that the process and operation are not affected.Based on a municipal railway parking lot project,the various indicators of the ground without river changing,ground with river changing,viaduct and layered scheme are compared and analyzed:the land area and vehicle occupied area of the ground with river changing scheme are the largest,about 1.19 times and 1.26 times of the viaduct and layered schemes;the viaduct scheme has the smallest amount of earth and stone and the area of demolition.;the project investment cost of the ground without river changing scheme is the lowest,due to the dispense with changing river and the cover charge;the process and operation conditions of the layered scheme are the worst,and the rest are better.Taking the above situation into consideration,the ground without river changing scheme is recommended for this project.Similar projects should be selected according to specific conditions.
