摘 要:箱梁制(存)梁场具有占地面积大、土地损毁程度重、复垦难度高等特点,因此在工程概预算文件中准确确定其复垦费用具有较大难度。本文选取郑万铁路等5个高速铁路代表性项目,对施工图预算文件中的箱梁制(存)梁场耕地复垦费用进行误差分析。针对混凝土拆除工程和土石方工程费用误差大这两项症结,本文分析了现行勘察设计方法造成施工图预算误差的原因,提出了一种“双参数法”计算存梁区凿桩深度,并采用“改进USLE土壤侵蚀方程法”计算表土堆放期间水土流失量,均取得了良好的效果,改进了现行复垦方案设计方法,有效降低了梁场复垦的工程概预算误差,可为类似项目合理确定工程投资提供参考依据。Box girder fabrication(storage)beam yards are characterized by their large footprint,significant land damage,and high difficulty of reclamation,making the accurate determination of reclamation costs in engineering budget documents challenging.This paper selects five representative high-speed railway projects,including the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou railway,to perform an error analysis on the farmland reclamation costs within the construction drawing budget documents.Focusing on the significant cost discrepancies in concrete demolition and earthwork projects,this paper analyzes the reasons for construction drawing budget errors caused by current survey and design methods.It introduces a"dual-parameter method"for calculating the pile cutting depth in the storage beam area and adopts an"improved USLE soil erosion equation method"to calculate the soil and water loss during the topsoil stacking period.Both approaches have achieved satisfactory results,improving the current reclamation scheme design method and effectively reducing the budget errors for beam yard reclamation.This can provide a reference for similar projects to reasonably control engineering investments.
