摘 要:我国消防员职业化发展起步较晚,消防员全职业生涯的培训机制和培训体系尚存在科学性与体系性不足等问题,导致消防员在入职前后的理论和技能积累方面有所欠缺,可能导致消防员在处置各类灾害事故时出现较大比例的伤亡。此外,消防领域的职业资格认定、标准规范制修订不完善也在一定程度上制约了消防培训事业的发展。因此,亟须完善消防员职业培训内容,打造产学研用一体化平台,提升训练水平,完善消防员全职业生涯的培训体系,助力消防救援事业发展。Firefighter professional development started relatively late in China.The lack of scientificity and systematicness in the training mechanism and training system of the whole career of firefighters leads to the deficien-cies in the theory and skill learning before and after the induction of firefighters,which tends to result in a large proportion of casualties in the handling of various kinds of disasters.In addition,the development of fire training is restricted to a certain extent by the imperfection of the professional qualification and the revision of the standard and specification system in the field of firefighting.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the vocational training of firefight-ers,by creating an integrated platform of industry,academia,and research,improving the training system for firefighters’career,so as to assist the development of the fire industry.
