摘  要:为探寻高性能自润滑关节轴承受制于进口的原因,以国内外航空高速轻载自润滑关节轴承为对象,开展了轴承功能和性能验证工作,结果表明:进口轴承内圈球面的表面粗糙度较低,衬垫的聚四氟乙烯质量分数较高,球面摩擦副贴合状态较好,摩擦磨损性能更优。In order to explore the reasons for high performance self-lubricating spherical plain bearings being imported,taking aviation self-lubricating spherical plain bearings under high-speed and light-load at home and abroad as objects,the function and performance verification of the bearings are carried out.The results show that the spherical roughness of imported bearing inner rings is lower,the Teflon content of liner is higher,and the fit state of spherical friction pair is better,which make imported bearings superior to domestic bearings in friction and wear performance.
