摘  要:陶瓷滑动轴承由于材料化学性能稳定,适合在各种与水直接接触的场合下运行。为找到边界水润滑条件下摩擦学性能较优良的陶瓷轴承材料配副及其适合的运行工况,对Al_(2)O_(3),ZrO_(2)陶瓷分别与不同陶瓷材料组成的配副开展了摩擦学性能试验。结果表明:1)Al_(2)O_(3)系列配副的磨损机制为从前期的机械磨损为主逐步过渡到以摩擦化学磨损为主;Al_(2)O_(3)/Si_(3)N_(4)配副的摩擦系数最小,耐磨性好且摩擦接触面较光滑;在选取的4种速度条件下,当摩擦副相对滑动速度为0.157 m/s时,润滑效果最好。2)ZrO_(2)系列配副的磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,ZrO_(2)/Si_(3)N_(4)配副的摩擦系数和磨损体积最小;在选取的4种速度条件下,当摩擦副相对滑动速度为0.136 m/s时,摩擦系数最小,但其摩擦系数曲线不稳定。Due to stable chemical properties of materials,the ceramic plain bearings are suitable for operation under various operating conditions in direct contact with water.In order to find the material pairs of ceramic bearings with excellent tribological properties under boundary water lubrication conditions and their suitable operating conditions,the tribological properties tests are carried out on pairs composed of Al_(2)O_(3) and ZrO_(2) ceramics and different ceramic materials.The results show that:1)the wear mechanism of Al_(2)O_(3) series pairs is gradually changed from early mechanical wear to tribochemical wear;Al_(2)O_(3)/Si_3N_(4) pairs have the smallest friction coefficient,good wear resistance and smooth friction contact surface;under the selected four speed conditions,the lubrication effect is best when the relative sliding speed of friction pair is 0.157 m/s.2)the wear mechanism of ZrO_(2) series pairs is mainly abrasive wear,the friction coefficient and wear volume of ZrO_(2)/Si_(3)N_(4) pairs are the smallest;under the selected four speed conditions,when the relative sliding speed of friction pair is 0.136 m/s,the friction coefficient is the smallest,but the friction coefficient curve is unstable.
