摘 要:目的:分析互联网下助产士参与产前教育对妊娠期高血压患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年12月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院妇产科收治的妊娠期高血压患者71例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=35),对照组给予常规产前教育干预,观察组给予互联网下助产士参与的产前教育干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠障碍的发生情况,采用日常生活活动能力表Barthel指数(BI)比较2组患者干预前后的生命质量的变化,同时比较2组患者的血压变化。结果:治疗后,2组患者的收缩压、舒张压均有所降低,且观察组收缩压、舒张压显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数PSQI评分、SRSS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组日常生活活动能力BI指数评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:互联网下助产士参与产前教育对妊娠期高血压患者的睡眠及生命质量均有明显的改善作用,并且在干预后降低血压水平,是一种切实有效的产前干预方式。Objective:To analyze the effect of midwives′participation in prenatal education on the sleep quality of hypertensive patients during pregnancy under the Internet.Methods:A total of 71 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=36)h and the observation group(n=35).The control group was given routine prenatal education intervention,and the observation group was given prenatal education intervention involving midwives under the Internet.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)was used to compare the occurrence of sleep disorders between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Barthel Index(BI)of the Activities of Daily Living was used to compare the changes in quality of life between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention,and the blood pressure changes between the two groups of patients were also compared.Results:After treatment,both groups of patients′systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased,and the observation group had significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and SRSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the BI index score of daily living activities in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The participation of midwives in prenatal education on the Internet can significantly improve the sleep and quality of life o
